3. ERRORS AND PRICING

While we strive for accuracy, pricing or typographical errors may occur. Bloomchic cannot confirm the price of an item until after an order is placed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for items listed at an incorrect price.

4. TRADE RULES

4.1 Payment: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Your details are encrypted to minimize the risk of unauthorized access. 4.2 Colors: We try to display product colors accurately, but cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will reflect the actual color perfectly. 4.3 Shipping: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. If you have not received your delivery within 60 business days, please contact our customer service. 4.4 Returns: Goods can be returned within the designated period (see our Refund Policy). Customers are responsible for return freight charges. Due to hygiene reasons, bodysuits, lingerie, sleepwear, and swimwear cannot be returned.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, belongs to Bloomchic. You may use this content only for personal, non-commercial purposes as authorized by us.

By enrolling in our SMS program, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and transactional messages.

  • Charges: Standard message and data rates from your wireless provider may apply.

  • Updates: If you change your phone number, you are responsible for notifying us at bloomchicclothing@gmail.com.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bloomchic disclaims all warranties and will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

8. LEGAL DISPUTES (U.S. & CANADA)

8.1 Arbitration: Any dispute arising out of this contract shall be resolved by binding arbitration. 8.2 Informal Resolution: Before initiating arbitration, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute by contacting us at bloomchicclothing@gmail.com for a good-faith consultation. 8.3 Class Action Waiver: All claims must be resolved on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action or jury trial.
