How do I return an item?

Step 2: Pack Your Items Securely pack your return in its original packaging, ensuring product tags and hygiene liners (if applicable) are still attached.

Step 3: Ship It Back Affix the provided label to your package and drop it off at the designated location.
Return Shipping Fees
Return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund based on the region:

Which items are eligible for return?
We accept returns for items in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags and hygiene liners attached.
🚫 Non-returnable items include:

Bodysuits, lingerie, jewelry, and accessories (except scarves, bags, and hats).

Swimwear: For hygiene reasons, swimwear must be tried on over underwear, and the hygiene liner must not be removed.

Return Address: Do not send returns to the sender's address on your package—this is not our return address. We will provide the correct address via email.

Non-BloomChic Items: Ensure you are not accidentally returning items from other brands — we cannot send them back.

Shipping Fees: The original shipping fee (if any) is non-refundable.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
